Our intake process begins with a 12 part questionnaire. This is step 1, Please review each question closely. There are 5 steps total that you need to complete. Please see the steps below:
We accept ladies ages 18 to 65.
Unfortunately, we do not allow women to attend with small children and/or are currently pregnant. However, we can refer you to other centers that do.
We do not allow antidepressants, anxiety, mood stabilizers or any psychotropic medications. We also do not allow sleep aids, Gabapentin or any medications of a narcotic or addictive nature. The only medications allowed are those which are vital to everyday living (heart, diabetes, blood pressure, seizure, etc.). All medications must be approved prior to coming into the program.
Your PO would need to be contacted for approval and reporting methods while you are in the program. Your PO would also determine whether or not you could leave the state in which you reside.
We do accept many women on disability. This would require a discussion with the Corporate Intake Director.
All of our centers are nicotine free. No cigarettes, vapes, gum, patches, dip etc. are allowed.
If you live in (or are from) within two hours of the center in your state, it is our policy to transfer you out of state to one of our sister centers. We have five centers in the following locations: Russellville, AR; Ozark, MO; Knoxville, TN; Brandon, MS; and Topeka, KS. Exceptions may be made if a legal situation does not permit.
We do accept ladies from jail and those that are court ordered. We are not a lockdown facility and the residents are not restrained in any way. Should this person decide to leave the program prematurely, the proper authorities would be notified.
A person coming into this program would need to have a desire to change. They will be expected to follow the program’s rules and embrace the structure the program offers. Ultimately, they have to be willing to do this. We are not a lockdown facility.
